The Business Assistance Center (BAC) provides technical assistance to low/moderate income people (LMI's) within the City of Dallas, to help them launch their own Microenterprises or to enhance their technical skills  to improve their careers.  

Services offered:

• Free start-up counseling, Assistance with business plans,
• Explore Financing Options for your business (SBA Loans, Other Startup Access to Capital)
• Ongoing counseling and support for small business including Market Research
• Assistance with Minority Business Certifications (NCTRCA,M/WBE,HUB)
• Office Space for Start-Ups (Incubators)
